The project: Probabilistic Modeling for Raw Sensor Data Fusion

Next generation AD systems will face technical challenges by using a wide variety and number of sensors in the perception space (Camera, Radar, Lidar, Ultrasonic). 
The subject of this project is to study and develop innovative approaches towards raw-data fusion and detection techniques. The study shall cover approaches using Probabilistic Machine Learning with the goal of building latent space distributions capable of representing in an accurate way multiple input channels.
